What is ISPI Next?

ISPI Next stands for Integrated Service Process Initiative Next and it is the next generation of integrated service systems and processes. The system landscape is simplified; hardware procurement and software usage is more flexible than before.

Equipment

The ISPI Next system includes:
  • Network Accessible Storage (NAS) device for storing BMW software updates or internet download
  • ISSS Next (small form factor desktop PC) and/or ISID Next (Getac tablet laptop) for diagnostics and programming, and
  • BMW ICOMs (can be purchased as needed) to connect to vehicles.
